About the Clinician
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My path to counseling began with earning a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, followed by a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Since joining the U.S. Army in 2017, I have gained valuable insight into the challenges of military life, resilience, and personal growth, which has strengthened my passion for serving veterans and their families. I specialize in treating substance use disorders using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families, helping clients develop practical skills, discover their strengths, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
