The insurance portal is called Headway. All information regarding insurance and payment will be managed through this portal. This is not to be confused with the Client Portal through Simple Practice.
For clients that do not have insurance, there is a sliding scale available.
The LPC Associate waitlist is available for individuals, couples, or families wanting to work with an LPC Associate and not use insurance.
